Let Us
Introduce Ourselves
After COVID, I felt a deep need to reconnect, uplift, and bring joy back into our lives. I wanted to gather a group of women who could dress up, feel beautiful, and rediscover confidence together. What began as a simple idea quickly grew into purpose.
We collected socks and distributed them to our unhoused neighbors, shared love and companionship with residents in independent and assisted living facilities and created sisterhood activities that brought women together for empowerment and connection. My passion for supporting youth led us to partner with a local school and begin our mentoring program.
Over time, our work grew into meaningful traditions, celebrating my birthday each year with our unhoused community and pampering the residents of assisted living facilities every February. We also expanded our reach globally by collecting shoes for those with limited resources, extending our mission of dignity and care to communities around the world.
Through every step, our purpose has remained the same: to empower one another through our community work and social activities. And I am deeply thankful, to every member, every contributor, and every
person who helps make this organization possible. Your presence, your support, and your heart are the reason N O E L continues to grow, serve, and make a meaningful impact both locally and globally.

The N O E L Organization was created from a simple but powerful truth: every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and loved. Our work is rooted in compassion and guided by the belief that “it is a blessing to be a blessing.” We show up for our community with open hands and open hearts, meeting needs with dignity and creating moments of hope where they are needed most.
Our Mission
We uplift individuals and families through compassionate outreach, essential resources, and programs that strengthen confidence, stability, and connection. Our mission is to serve with intention offering not just support, but a heartfelt sense of community.
Our Work
Every initiative reflects our commitment to love in action.
We focus on:
• Supporting unhoused neighbors with care, consistency, and essential items
• Providing clothing, food, and hygiene resources to families facing hardship
• Creating clean, safe, and beautiful community spaces through volunteer efforts
• Offering workshops and experiences that encourage personal growth and self‑worth
• Bringing people together to serve, connect, and make a lasting impact
Our Heart
At N O E L, service is personal. We listen to stories; honor lived experiences and build relationships that remind people they matter. We believe that small acts of kindness can shift a day, a season, or even a life and that when we care for one another, we strengthen the entire community.
We are more than a nonprofit.
We are a family committed to spreading light, restoring hope, and uplifting every person we encounter.
